SWING TONIC ASD reserves the right to decline participation requests at its own discretion. Final decisions will not be appealable.
Participants agree to provide truthful personal information at the time of registration and accept that this can be used in line with the privacy policy.
Participation in the festival activities is your own responsibility as you could experience physical stress above the norm. All participants are ultimately responsible for their own health and agree to not harm others.
With regard to the measures taken against the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities will mandatorily abide by the current Italian legislation. SWING TONIC ASD staff and teachers are NOT responsible for its participants’ health or for any physical injuries, illnesses or infections occurring during the festival. On top of this, SWING TONIC ASD is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal valuables.
By registering you are accepting our behavioural guidelines. Participants agree to respect other participants, teachers, organisers, and to avoid disputes or inappropriate behaviour. Our goal is to create a safe and friendly space! Those who fail to respect the basic rules of coexistence will be asked to leave the event, will not be entitled to a refund and will no longer be admitted to future events.
Workshops, taster classes, competitions, parties (if indoors) and other activities are reserved to those who have received the festival official bracelet, which must be worn at all times.
The festival will be documented through photos, videos and publications on social networks. By participating in the event you grant us the full right to use the images for marketing purposes, printed and non-printed advertising, and similar.
